About Dixie Paint
Dixie Paint Inc. was established by Phillip and Sheila Loflin in 1982. The plan was simple: to provide quality painting services to residents in Wake Forest, NC. Dixie paint also serves customers in Wake, Franklin and Granville counties.
Phillip started in the residential repaint business and has worked on commercial properties, for tract builders, medical businesses and custom home builders winning many “Painting Contractor of the Year” awards. Based upon customer demand and requests Dixie Paint has added home repair services, home improvement project services ,power washing and window and siding replacement.
Dixie’s philosophy is to provide prompt, professional service to all our customers regardless of how big or small their needs may be. We are on the job daily and are easily accessible. Customers frequently comment on the painters’ ability and willingness to communicate with them about their needs and the job’s progress.
Phillip believes in doing things the right way and going the extra mile on every job. He is proud of the fact that other house painters recommend him. That says a lot! The company uses only the highest quality products, choose eco-friendly materials when available.
Dixie Paint Inc has been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau from 1989 – 2021 with an A+ rating. Our company carries all necessary insurance.

Fall 2021 update..... Dixie paint came through once again. They finished and painted my new sunroom and added crown molding for LED lighting. Thank you Dixie Paint! 2021 - If you need painters, Dixie Paint are the real deal! Big shout out to Phillip and Sheila, owners of Dixie Paint. Phillip and his crew lead William, have taken care of all my painting needs for almost 20 year at 2 different houses. They hand brush everything! Let me say that again......They hand brush everything!!!! None of this quickie spraying garbage. Interior, exterior, water damage repairs, power washing, decks...you name it! My recent experience was this past summer as they painted my exterior, trim, gutters, shutters, doors, garage doors, and porches. They even re-poly'ed my front door. And, to top it off, they removed and painted the black garage door hardware as well as 4 exterior lights/lanterns on the front of the house. They are top notch at what they do. Very polite and easy to work with and patient with your questions. Give them a call for all your painting needs. 2016 - Phillip and Sheila are awesome to work with. Phillip's knowledge of paints and coatings is 2nd to none. Their crew are very professional and reliable to get the job done right the first time. I have used Dixie Paint for over 7 years. They have completely painted the inside of my house, touched up, and repaired caulking and degraded boards, as well as stained and maintained the awesome appearance of my decks. Ask Phillip about the new paint products he uses on decks. You will be amazed how awesome they look and stand out vs. traditional stains. Thank you Dixie Paint!
