The team at Dixie Paint did an amazing job for us. They identified areas of needed repairs, worked with us on coloring and design ideas, and went above and beyond everything we asked. The Dixie team are the most courteous and thoughtful you will find. They took true pride in there work and it showed. I would highly recommend them for any project.

Professional! I am surprised that if you look up 'professional' you do not see Dixie Paint, Inc! I had 4 estimates done before contacting Dixie, all in the same price range, including Dixie. The difference? The others spray, Dixie, only brush. Also, when Dixie provided the estimate, things that should be replaced was pointed out. Things, the other 3 missed completely. At the end of the day, the final price was not far off from the estimate, and they ended up doing more work because of things found that could not be spotted easily at the time of the estimate. The only thing was, I got the estimate I think in late April, and was told the work could not be started until August.... But, now, I understand why. They are booked solid, and for good reason. Great work, excellent customer satisfaction. Phillip, the owner, and he wife are phenomenal! Phillip was here a couple times each day to make sure all was to my liking. Always making sure his customer was completely satisfied. A 'tell it like it is' kind of guy, which I appreciated very much. The crew, again, phenomenal, and very must professional. William, the lead, and the whole crew were very friendly, and very meticulous about the work they were doing. Everything, scraped, caulked, and painted. I even saw them on the porch cleaning, and scraping up a few speckles of paint that has somehow escaped the drop clothes they laid EVERYWHERE. I had a few windows that needed replaced. Not to worry, Phillip removed them, took them to be measured, and new ones ordered. Should be in, in a couple weeks, and I know, it will be done right! The best part is, there was none of this 'pay us a little up front' to cover some costs. Nope.... In fact, just the opposite. I was told, matter of fact, there would be no money exchanged until the work is done, and to MY satisfaction. You know you are dealing with honest people with those kinds of terms. Enough cannot be said about my experience with Dixie Paint, Inc. 100% satisfaction!! If/when the opportunity arises, I will choose them again. In fact, not even waste my time gathering other estimates. Thanks to Phillip, and the team... You are awesome!!
